One of my favorite winery. Best view, great wine, great wine snacks to accompany the wine. This place is amazing! It's sort of on the hill so you get to see great views of wine country. Lush greens and trees. In addition to crackers, colorful olives, and roasted peanuts, Sinskey offered two great nibblets- caramelized onion on a rounded cracker topped with a big 1 inch nut (this sounded funny, I know). It was yummy. The second one was a cheese-filled baked bread of some sort. It blended well with the wines. The first two white wines served were fantasic. The last bottle of red wine ($75 bottle) is so damn good! Overall, Sinksey is now one of my favorite vineyard!
Pros: Great Wine, Great Snacks, Great View
Cons: Absolutely Nothing!
