When I called to schedule for course, I was told that I did not need to worry about scheduling, as there was plenty of room in the class that I wanted to attend. Apparently, the person who told me this was too lazy to sign me up over the phone. Apparently, she had told numerous people not to worry about it. As a result, 46 people showed up for the 40 person class and 6 were sent home and told to come back another time. SO MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO INSIST ON BEING SIGNED UP OVER THE PHONE! Otherwise, the course was excellent. Having done similar courses prior to this course, I found it easy. The passing standard makes it possible for almost anyone to pass, providing that you do not sleep through it. I got 100% on my test and received my BAT card on the way out the door.
Pros: Instructor made dull material interesting.
Cons: Sign-up is weak. Don't let lazy office staff stop you from signing up in advance.
