I had very good impression about challenger schools, but when I sent my kid to Palo Alto school, my impression is completely changed. Staff at Palo Alto school is completely ruthless, they are just money minded and they do not show any courtesy with parents. Their directors are very frustrating; I am not sure why their management not taking any action or teaching some customer care classes to their directors. I never recommend any one to Palo Alto challenger until their directors are replaces especially in their pre school program
Pros: Good curriculam
Cons: Very bad directors
