Cheap Waxing, Friendly Employees!!

Tip Top is a simple little neighborhood nail salon.....Lynn does excellent, below market rate brazillian waxes, etc. She and her staff are super friendly and efficient. Their prices are out of this world, and they work hard to keep the place clean and tidy. Go check them out!

• Pros: Cheap, well-done waxing and nails, friendly employees, efficient service.
• Cons: Their massage chairs aren't the best, but for the price....who cares?
