the movers are very good, they really wrap your stuff well, nothing breaks, they are punctual and very professional. they double charged me for monthly storage one month and after admitting the error, after 2 weeks they still haven't refunded me even though they keep saying they will get around to it. the schedulers are very pushy: you really have to be firm or your preferences will get overriden with what works best for them, not you

The people at Saagan are profession, friendly, timely, and cheap. The rates they quoted me for my in-town San Francisco move stayed the same, even as I declined to confirm a spot until just a few days before my move. The team that showed up did so on time, were professional, and made my move as pleasant as I could expect. I was very happy with the way that everyone I delt with conducted themselves, and I highly recommend using.

Saagan Movers were on time, reliable, courteous, handled all my belongings with great care, and super-efficient -- they actually came in an hour under their estimate. I highly, highly, highly recommend them for any moves you make! The staff is great to work with and my moving experience was as smooth as silk. Just a great company. I moved down to LA, and they were also great about giving me references for movers down here. Use Saagan!

From start to finish this company was great. They were able to schedule a move for me on short notice (4 days). Rhonda was extremely pleasant and competent on the initial call as she dealt with me trying to take a mental inventory of my apartment. On Saturday George and Tony showed up on time to get me moved. These guys worked their tails off! They showed great patience as I found more stuff to put in storage (and even more patience and humor, when I changed my mind about storing half of it). They handled everything carefully and quickly and got the move done in an hour/hour and half LESS time than I was quoted! All in all this was a great experience - I'd heard horror stories about movers but this company was on the complete opposite end of the spectrum. Great people and a great company.
