Picture this: I am sitting in my den in suburbs of Washington, D.C. thinking of my beautiful niece and her new husband out in San Francisco. My thoughts turn to sending her something special, but what and how do I make it personal and just right? I google "flower shop" and her zip code, and voila, the San Francisco City Search engine leads me to David and The Secret Flower Garden in San Francisco. I read the reviews and I instantly knew I had the right shop. I told David a little bit about what I was looking for, and of my niece's love of Tuscany, and he went above and beyond to put together a beautiful green floor plant in a perfect Tuscan style pottery. He even delivered it after work on his way home personally! This was pure serendipity that my path crossed with The Secret Flower Garden. Next time you need to send flowers or plants or need ideas for a special gift to someone out in San Francisco, call David and the Secret Flower Garden directly. He takes an interest and time to find out what you are trying to do and accomplish! I am relishing the time when I too can walk through the doors of The Secret Flower Garden and meet everyone and see the shop in person! Thanks David, great job, peace!
Pros: Customer oriented; service with patience and good humor; takes extra extra care
Cons: none

Walking down the plant-filled walkway through the "secret garden" is so tranquil. The flower arrangements and plants are beautiful, the staff/owners are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

I love the long walkway filled with flowers, plants, and all types of garden items. Then you reach the gazebo space which feels very park-likeand peaceful despite the shopping being conducted out on the main street amongst the retail stores. Finally, in the back, the main space were all the flower arrangement takes place is plush with romantic and innovative flower arrangements. I'd recommend a stop there - if in need of something above average in the flower department.
