If you care about how you are treated and what you are charged than Sunset Glass is not for you.

There is no discount offered and pricing per window is not explained. Installers do not have a good attitude - perhaps they are not paid very well. You are paying market rate for name brand windows and are given below market service. The installers that came to our home were flat out rude and the owner was condescending, patronizing, and defensive when informed.

They are not timely. Apparently they have plenty of business and don't care about the level of service provided. There is nothing differentiating this company from others - I do not recommend them. We spent a sizeable amount on windows from them and I regret having done business with them.
