My experience with these folks has been a nightmare. They rescheduled my initial fitting on the morning of the appointment. The orthotics were late being delivered (they called me the very morning of the appointment to tell me), and did not fit properly. In fact, someone else's name was engraved on the bottom! So after another fitting and another 3 weeks of waiting, I came in on the scheduled date. I was told the orthotics weren't ready and "we tried to call you." (They were using the wrong number.) There seems to be incompetence and confusion at every level of the company. (But hey, they're the Blue Cross-sanctioned provider. Go figure!)
