True is a great store to go to when it comes to hip hop clothing, but like what other reviewers have said, do not expect good service in this store. All workers are extremely snobby and think they are the ****. The return policy is horrible. Won't let you return anything without a receipt even when I was gonna exchange a t-shirt to buy a much more expensive jacket. And an exchange period of 7 days? What a joke. I would recommend buying clothes from True only for yourself. Do not buy gifts for other people from this store because if they don't like it, it's a great pain in the butt to return it.
Pros: Good selections
Cons: Unfriendly staff, horrible return policy, parking
