Amazing Customer Service (for an insurance company)

I recently bought a car and a friend recommended I go to these guys for my insurance. When I called them, the receptionist transferred me right away to an agent, who answered all my annoying questions. They shopped around for me and found a rate I am happy with. I now pay what I would have paid if I got insurance online--plus, I get to talk to an agent whenever I have any questions and he returns my calls right away. Imagine that!
