If you want to be seen, go to the biggest pick up bar on Filmore! Cocktails are reasonably priced and on most nights it's packed with the "beautiful people" all on the "make". Insider secret...great food deals - kobe-style beef hamburgers and steaks at really great prices!
Pros: Scene, cheap-good eats
Cons: pick-up bar, super packed on weekends

Nice enough place, especially if you live close by..forget the big screens--the true scene is the lady standing behind the bar. Absolutely gorgeous!
Pros: The bartender
Cons: Only one bartender that is hot

In Short As the work day ends, this place fills with poorly-dressed, blue, but wanna--be-white collar-types looking to loosen their belts... the plates are over-sized. It's an ideal place to meet a first date( that you don't want to impress... try Gary Danko's ) or group of friends that are looking to sleep with Pacific Height's trash. The drinks are horribly mixed and the standard bar fare is hardly what I would call competent. The right side of this two-tiered rectangular bar features an elevated dining area with wooden tables nestled closely together. On the left, stools line an expansive, dark-cherry bar with mirrors. Might sound nice, but I say WHITE TRASH. Just ask Bessie from Cielo on Fillmore...she loves it...LOL
Pros: Stupid people make you feel smart
Cons: Stupid people make you stupid

It may be a descent sports bar, but in the evening, the worst people I've seen come here. They are likely from outside San Francisco and CA, and they are the biggest jerks you can meet. Obnoxious, rude people, probably from the east coast. Stay away to avoid being insulted. No descent wine selection despite the name wither. A complete waist of space. It should be removed.
Pros: You can walk out.
Cons: People who come here.

I would totally recommend Harry's, I briefly stopped in after a boutique opening event midweek and promised to go back when I had more time. Which is exactly what we did for my birthday . We had an eclectic mix in our party and Harrys was enjoyed by all. The food was good - I believe its a balanced viewpoint since we ordered a variety, fish and chips, calamari, quesadillas , burgers, sandwiches etc and it all was good. The waitstaff and busstaff I have to commend 5 *'. For such a busy place they were friendly, did not make one feel as if you were a hassle to wait on, which often is the case with busy establishments , they were super quick in getting our drinks and food to us, as well as clearing the tables timeously and cheerful about it. We'll definitely be back - PS their drinks are well made and fairly priced as is the food. There is a complimentary bottle of champagne for birthday parties/celebrations with parties over 10. The Watermelon Cosmos are my new favorite. My favorite seats are the leather seats/couches under the window. I would advise reserving , since the place does get really busy
Pros: Service, Atmosphere
Cons: the ladies bathroom could use another stall ... or two

I asked for a double vodka soda and was charged $12. The only problem was that I couldn't taste the vodka, even worse, I couldn't feel the vodka. I discussed it with my friends that recommended the place. They told me that Harry's is not the place to order Cocktails, your better off getting a beer for $6. Not recommended unless you feel like yelling at the bartenders and cocktail waitresses for bad service and even worse drinks... Your better off skipping this place... unless you live in the neighborhood and feel like watching a sporting event there.
Pros: Nice People
Cons: Bad cocktails

Ive seen the best of the best and Harrys Bar is it. Its not like the bars youll find in the Marina, in the SOMA or in the Mission. Harrys is truly in a class of its own. Not only is Harrys the most beautiful bar I have ever seen, but it serves some of the best cocktails and food in town. Some of my favorites are the fresh mango mojitos, the Chinese Hawaiian martini and the classic hamburgers and fries. I ate dinner there with a friend a few nights ago, and she could not stop raving to her coworkers the next day about the food! Harrys has a little something for everyone. My friends who are sports fans make Harrys a second home when games are on. My girl friends and I like to grab a few drinks and dance there on the weekends. We threw a party for one of our friends at Harrys a few weekends ago, and we had the time of our lives. The music and crowd are always fun and eclectic. Great food, great drinks, great vibe. Harrys never fails to deliver.
Pros: Great food and drinks, excellent music, diverse crowd

I've been going to Harry's for some time now and the past 3 weekends I've ended up there, including last night and I have to say the music is AWESOME. They play everything from hip/hop to new stuff and the best part was they played my favorite Robert Palmer song! I had a great time with my friends but it had much to do with the great music and the friendly staff as well. I would go there to have a great time any day of the week!!!!! Oh I met a couple hot guys too!
