Hottest bartenders in the Castro...Scotty Boo makes it happen

I have been in the Castro Area of San Francisco for three years and I have went to many bars around the country. The Edge offers great drinks for a great price and if your lucky enough to catch Scotty Boo in one of his moods, you get a fabulous display of attention! This is one of those places that I used to avoid, mainy because of the cleanliness, but this has changed in recent history. Happy Hours are great, but if you want individual attention, I suggest going in on one of the off-nights. Tuesdays are happening, but the weekends offer great opportunities as well.

• Pros: The bartenders are the hottest in the Castro and the drinks can make you weep!
• Cons: It used to smell really bad, but the current management obviously cleaned it up!

Very friendly crowd

This is one of the friendliest gay bars in the city. The bartenders are always attentive and the crowd is a real mix of hot men. There is one customer who 'gets happy' after a few drinks and shows his goods. Pretty small, but he clearly loves to spank it, lol.

Sociable bartenders with a reputation for pouring strong drinks can frequently be found chatting up the regulars. A mixed clientele, including both the bears-in-leather crowd and the clean-cut preppy set, pack in for the bar's frequent charity events.

Great Bartenders/Great People

I have been going to The Edge for four years now and frequent most of the Castro neighborhood bars regularly but when asked what is my favorite bar in the Castro it is without a question The Edge. The bartenders know their regulars well, never have to ask them "what are you drinking", serve strong drinks, and love what they're doing. The crowds are local and extremely friendly and the bar has a strong committment to the community and sponsor fund raising events regularly.

This bar is the most fun on Sunday afternoons, though always have a good time there.
