Great local restaurant - generous portions, great food, and nice staff!
by krsherwood
Yummy local breakfast joint known for its wide variety of savory crepes, low prices, large portions, great breakfast options anytime, nice wait staff, good-for-families, outdoor patio, and long lines on weekend mornings... we prefer to go for dinner to avoid the lines and see our favorite staffer, Tessa. Try the cornbread w/relish!
- Pros: Food, service, family atmosphere, open kitchen, cornbread w/relish
- Cons: Long lines on weekend mornings
Great brunch
by sf_delight
This is a really frinedly, neighborhood place. Since I live in the area, I go there pretty much every weekend and sometimes during the week as well. Their brunch/breakfast is delicious. The portions are generous, service quick and the price is just right.
You could eat here everyday and never get bored!

I love this place! My girlfriend and I went into Savor yesterday for a late breakfast after a late night of partying and we were still hardly out of our pjs, but heartly welcomed. We were promtly greeted and seated by the friendlyist staff and really felt at home. It's a lot like going over to a friends house for a meal. The staff is really down-to-earth, jokey, and playful. The menus were very extensive and everything looked good! It took me 15 minutes and some help from our waitress to finally decide what to order. I would defintely recommend the crepes. We both got the Barcelona crepe and I added sun dried tomatoes (as the waitress recommended) - it was amazing! Beware the portions are huge! 2 people can easily share any dish. I had so much fun there, and the staff even let me color while I was waiting for my food, although it wasn't long as all. I couldn't believe the speed of the service. I can't wait to go back!
- Pros: Food, Staff, easy going atmosphere
- Cons: none
Great Casual Meals in Noe
by janetnichols94131
I confess to eating here a lot, and the reasons are many. Good simple food, pleasant staff, a nice surrounding. Casual, good for my kids. REcommended.
- Pros: Food, Atmosphere, Energy
- Cons: Prices can be a little high for the special dinners.
Give it a try - it's solid

The only thing I can see is that negative reviews on here are old (look at the dates) - this place is great. A lot of veggie options, and no shortage of meat for that matter. The service is always good and the ambiance is nice but casual - and not too loud. The coffee is good too and the patio beckons. We try not to go here too often - only because we don't want to get sick of it. Try it and see if you don't crave it!
- Pros: veggie selections, service, ambiance
Excellent comfort food!

Loved Savor and would definitely go there again. Also had the Tuscany crepe and took half of it home for the next day. The portions are huge and prices reasonable! A great neighborhood spot. I would suggest a bit of work on the wine list which carries only the basic grocery store variety and reds that are served way too warm. A bit of work here and this would be an all around fabulous go to place any time!
- Pros: Great food, Huge quantities, Food with flavor
- Cons: Wine list
Crepes, omelets, sandwiches and a pretty courtyard make this spot a popular Noe Valley destination.

In Short
Locals crowd this place on weekend mornings, but luckily, there's a lot of space, whether you sit inside under the high arched ceilings with a vaguely Mediterranean feel or outside under the wide umbrella-shaded tables in the courtyard out back. The same menu is served all day, and includes crepes, both savory and sweet, pancakes, omelets, frittatas, and sandwiches. The roasted rosemary potatoes that accompany most savory items are popular.
Great for Lunch/Brunch!

Ok, to be honest, Savor is not the kind of place you'll be raving to your friends about as the greatest place you've ever eaten, but for Sunday Brunch or workday lunch, you really can't beat it. The portions are ample sized and quite affordable. Although the menu isn't what I'd call "inspired" (mostly crepes, salads, sandwiches, omelettes etc.) the good news is there's really nothing here for them to screw up and a few of the selections actually border on unique. (Try the Jalepeno corn bread with a Tuscany Crepe and you'll be quite satisfied) I've lived in SF for over 10 years and have eaten here at least 30 times without ever having a bad meal or left feeling unsatisfied. .
- Pros: The Patio, Good prices, Satisfying fare
- Cons: , No parking
mmmhhhmm good

Yummy dishes for breakfast, lunch, OR dinner. The portions can fill me for hours, while I reminice about the taste for the rest of the day.
- Pros: food
- Cons: can get crowded, parking can be hard
My new favorite restaurant!

My first time at Savor was a fabulous experience. My friends surprised me by taking me out for brunch for my birthday. Since it was Sunday, we had to wait about twenty five minutes but it was well worth it! We sat out on their beautiful patio and I felt like I was somewhere special. We toasted with the biggest mimosas I have ever seen! I want to come back and bring my boyfriend for a nice romantic dinner. I recommend starting with (and sharing) one of their giant unique salads, I had one with beets and gorgonzola cheese. I definately give this place a thumbs up!
- Pros: friendly staff, inexpensive
- Cons: hard to find parking, can be crowded
