The worst experience i ever had,took my white ford mustang for a diagnostic and computer programing,service writer name Mitch called me back telling me that he needed the old PCM (computer),i sent the computer to him,next day he called and told me that vehicle was ready to go and they replaced the fuel pump and my bill was about $900.00 and i said wait a minute,i ask you to reprogram my new computer,not to fix the car,he started telling me that it was the worst customer he ever had,NEVER TELL A CUSTOMER THAT, HE IS WRONG!!!!!!,hope every body read this and consider this as a RIP OFF,hope OWNER OF S&C FORD read this review and do smothing,i've been in business for more than 20 years and never had a experience like this,finally end up paying $300.00 (ONLY) and took my car out.

Victor Neculai in the Internet sales department definitely engaged in "bait and switch" tactics. We made a deal on the phone, but when I went into the dealership to sign the paper work, the deal changed because apparently the guy that sells cars for living didn't understand fords factory rebates. This forces the buyer to have to re-figure everything out while in the hot seat at the dealership after they thought they had a deal. It is important to note that S&C Ford and South City Ford are now the same unit, and both owned by the Ford Motor Company. So I got the "bait and switch" game from Ford themselves, and not some middle man dealership. What a lovely car company

We purchased a used F-150 from S&C. We were told that the car had never been in an accident. We took the truck to an autobody shop to find out why there was so much wind noise. It was GLARINGLY OBVIOUS to them that it had been in an accident, and must have been for S&C as well. We found out who owned the car prior to us, and contacted him. He told us that the car was in an accident, and that the whole side panel and door were replaced. We told S&C we know the car has been in an accident, and that there are problems with the car as a result, and that the car's value is diminished. They have yet to compensate us or repair the damages that remain from the accident.
Cons: dishonest, customer service
