Mmmm ... burrito

A veggie burrito at 2 am with some chips + salsa is transformational. It's the difference between waking up hungover and waking up completely coherent but unable to move. Neither is ideal, but I'll take the latter over the former any day.

• Pros: Huge, amazingly satisfying burritos. Super cheap.
• Cons: Huge burritos. Two days worth of food. With Chips.

Best Farolito ever!!!

Great food, good prices and friendly service. The place is always clean and everything is so good and testy. Keep doing the good work.

Colossal burritos and cheap prices make this one of San Francisco's most popular taquerias.

This traditional, gritty taqueria, with its blue and yellow interior, is especially popular with late-night diners. After the local bars close, revelers flock here for the extremely large burritos, filled with fresh meats, such as carne asada, stewed chicken and spicy al pastor. Other fillings include fresh avocado, rice, beans, sour cream and cilantro, all wrapped in a thin grilled tortilla. Green salsa is homemade with avocado and tomatillo.
