Aslam Rasoi is a restaurant where you actually leave happy. When I went into the place,my jaw dropped with excitement because of the atmosphere. Wait, because I have much more to say. The most important thing, which was the food, also impressed me. My favorite was the chicken seekh kbob, which was a special that the chef would make every once in a while. There was even a treat a server gave us after our entree. It tasted like roses, and it wasn't bad. My favorite part was the service because I had an empty glass, waiting to be filled up, when a server came over and did so. That surprised me the most. That is your first time hearing from me, and I, a 9-year old, loved this restaurant.

Aslams is "off the hook", the food is great, the wine is great and thier deserts are also a pleaser. the people are great, and if you happen to show up on Thursday night, the have a belly dancer. the waiter/ waitresses, are incredible. they took my whole tables order, which consisted of about 10 of my friends, and the waiter didnt even write anything down, and when our food was brought to us, it was perfect. nice quiet place.

Pros: service, enviroment, FOOOOOOOOD

Cons: as most places in the city "parking"

Wow is the word to describe this place. This must be the only indian restaurant i know that has everything under the same roof. by that i mean awesome food(order the lamb chops and mixseafood curry to die for!)Great service(always were attentive and friendly especially the owners son Asif)Ambiance( nice setting with colorful walls and perfect romantic lighting) Drinks( they have a huge selection of wine and beer with special cocktails and dont forget about the hot bartender). If you dont believe me please check this place out and you'll be amazed. I have a feeling this place will reach the top 10 restaurants in sf pretty soon. By far the best in sf.

Pros: EVERYTHING

Cons: NOTHING

Mouthwatering Indian food. My first time visit and saw Mayor Newson at Aslam’s. It was cool to meet the mayor the first time. I highly recommend Aslam’s Rasoi. However, I would like to comment on the review below. I understand that people can’t afford high quality food, but please don’t be repulsed by the “top quality” Anyways, After today’s experience I’m attracted to this place for coming years :))

Pros: Great Restaurant style Indian food, rich with spices and amiable service. Friendly staff, exceptional food and you get what you want...mild is mild and spicy is spicy - just like you asked for!

Cons: parking on weekends is tough in the Mission

i read the reviews, which prompted me to go...i can only assertain that they are friends of the owners..the service was chaotic....the wait staff were running in and out of the kitchen to the point of nearly colliding with each other...the food arrived at the table late and sporatic as though it were courses....naan being last. to arrive..the chicken jalfrezi was undercooked (crunchy peppers) and bland....the samosas were good....not going back...many other indian restaurants that are more reasonably priced and more importantly tastier.....

This is the best Indian restaurant in town. Not only is the food high-quality and delicious, but the staff is very friendly and accomodating. Often Indian food can be too greasy and disgusting. This, however, is phenomonal. I love bringing people here who fear Indian food. This restaurant always turns people around. It's hard to not eat everything in sight! It's so delicious I only go here.

Pros: Delicious and high-quality food and service

Cons: nothing

This cozy, hip little gem offers outstanding curries and tandori. The chef is is the best in the city as he was the head chef at Indian Oven and Rotti before he opened his own restaurant. The staff is friendly and efficient. By far the best indian food in the bay area! A MUST TRY!

Pros: Great food, friendly and efficient staff and nice ambiance.

Cons: None

Aslam's Rasoi has won my business. Great Entrées choices, and great customer service. I loved the Mango Lassi. Also, this place is exceptional nice inside. I would defintly recommend Aslam's place to anyone, even my high client tells from my business. I also loved the belly dancing on thursday nights. This is my first time review, and i have two words for this place "top quality".

Pros: Ambience, Service, and Food

Cons: Parking, and sometimes the wait on the weekends
