I am anew labndlord, doing a bunch of small plumbing repairs. I have gotten great service there. I asked some basic questions and he took them seriously and answered then ini a way Icould uunderstand. When I needed a new faucett at the end of the day, he took a half an hour after closing to show me various models and elucidate what was best for me. I hoghly recomend themm.

Not recommended unless if you want to be insulted... I called them to find out if they carry a speicific plumbing part. They practically told me to buzz off.

I found this firm to have little tolerance for "amateur" repair people. I needed a common part (flush handle and lever) for an American Standard toilet. Since I didn't know the part number or exact name of the part, I was told to call back later. After I called American Standard to get the info (very helpful on the phone) I come to find that they don't have the part in stock. No offer to order it or recommendation as to where I might find the part. Got the strong sense that I was an annoyance and interruption to this person's day.
Pros: Local resource
Cons: Poor / rude customer service

I had separate hot and cold faucets on my lavatory. They had just the right faucet that allows mixing hot and cold through one faucet hole on the basin. They were friendly, helpful, and even loaned me the tools to get the job done!
Pros: Selection, Friendly, closeby
