Uuummmm...???

I am visiting the SFO area from PHX and looking for something near my hotel. I called the number and the answer was "Hello". I asked if this weas the Union Square Stress Rduction Center and the reply was "yes". Not yes may i help you, not so sorry for answering the phone hello, just "yes". I asked "do you offer massage therapy?" the answer was "no, just accupressure and deep tissue". I said okay, thank you. ummm... wtf??
