Charming B&B in the heart of SF.... This is the second time my mother and I have stayed at this hotel, and we love it! It reminds us of the wonderful European B&B's we have stayed in. For the area (walking distance to all major tourist areas), the price cannot be beat. The rooms are quiet, clean, beds are comfy, and we enjoyed our mornings with deliciously strong coffee, croissants, and fresh OJ-brought to our room by the gracious proprietor. This 1900s Edwardian hotel has only been a family-run bed-and-breakfast since 1986, but it's full of century-old nostalgia including claw-foot tubs, birdcage elevator and antique furniture.
