I've been to Jeremy's a few times and find their items are very fashionable. However, their prices are still in the high range, as it is not much more off of the retail. They do have a lot of cute shoes and accessories. Clothing and 1-piece dresses are also very popular. Not much in the men's department was worth coming to see. Their items are still displayed as if you were shopping at banana republic or bebe. Very neat and clean. Prices are only slightly cheaper than original. I've heard the Berekely location has more variaties and styles to choose from, but I haven't been there yet. It is worth going to check out. Location is not convenient, but styles are worth the drive if you can find good deals.
Pros: styles, service, shoes
Cons: price isnt much cheaper, street parking, location

I was a little disappointed with Jeremy's since I'd heard hype about it and what-not. Possibly I might have had a better experience at the Berkeley location. Or a larger budget! Prices here are reduced and they do have a lot of designer-name choices, but most prices still fell outside of my budget. I don't recommend this place if you can't stomach $60 for a long-sleeved blouse, however designer it may be ... On the upside, they do have a variety of things, and lots of shoes, so you may get lucky, if you have money to drop ...
Pros: Designer Clothes at Reduced Prices
Cons: Still pricey

...this is the place to shop! i went to jeremy's last week and found some great stuff at incredible prices. some of the stuff is new, but some is runway or customer returns (which means it's slightly used, but still in good condition with a price that's even more discounted than other merchandise). the staff was nice enough, and the woman at the register was very friendly and fun. i will definitely be back and highly recommend it!
Pros: bargains, variety, service
Cons: none

I was literally beaming when I walked out of the store today. My 'budget' was $20 and I wanted to know if I can buy anything with that much money. I did (two of them). It's so incredible. I didn't think that it was possible considering the items I am interested in is usually high-end items. I got a beautiful dress from the Ralph Lauren collection for $6 and another dress from Laundry for $8. I walked out of there $15.23 poorer but w/ the biggest smile in my face. The sales ppl were so laid back. They didn't even count how many items ppl were coming into the dressing room with. (with a price that low, why would anyone be tempted?). The shop is two blocks from my apartment. I am in deep trouble ;)
Pros: great location, varieties, CHEAP
Cons: some damaged, racks overstuffed

Jeremy's is a treasure trove! It is definitely better for women than for men, but you can get some amazing deals. I once bought a pair of new Manolos for $60 and a Chanel jacket for $450. You definitely have to search a little bit more for nice things but it is extremely worth it! They have sales pretty frequently as well. The clothes are modern and stylish unlike some discount places. There is nothing like Jeremy's in the world!
Pros: Great prices, laid back staff
Cons: Some salvage, smaller selection

Brand-new Manolo Blahniks for $120. Really, need I say more? A lot of stuff is in great condition (customer returns, etc) but some stuff is damaged, and the staff won't necessarily point this out to you, so look carefully before you buy. But great deals, and I've never had a problem with the salespeople!
Pros: prices, merchandise
Cons: some are damaged, not a lot of sizes

Jeremy's has a diverse and upscale selection, though you'll need to dig through crammed, unorganized racks. Today, I bought a sweater priced at $42, even though identical sweaters in a different size were $39. Apparently, they're priced differently according to what lot they arrived in (by date), even if they're the same exact item! Strange, but whatever. The saleswoman at the register was a complete jerk. She was VERY rude to me when I asked for my receipt. Her response: I GAVE it to you already. Mine: No, you didn't. She found the receipt and literally *slammed* it on the counter, moving on to the next customer without a "thank you" or even eye contact! Advice to Jeremy's manager -- hire classier people.
Pros: Upscale selection
Cons: , Rude salespeople

you'll find a good deal, but be ready to dig. they usually have just one of each item, often not in the best shape, but you get what you pay for. when they've got a sale, that's the best time to go.

I have gotten some of the best deals here on clothes I could otherwise never afford. They have super high-end couture items like Gaultier, Prada, and Gucci, as well as dirt-cheap Anthopologie overstock. I've found Seven jeans for $20, Mayle cords for $60, and an Urchin cashmere sweater for $80!

There are some great finds at Jeremy's, but you need to be prepared to sort through piles of stuff to find them. Sizes are limited, and pricing inconsistent. Still, fun to poke around and see what you can come up with.
Pros: good hours, value, fun
Cons: sizes
