I was in town for some hellish all-day business meeting, and I snuck out for an escape. Stumbled across this place, and at 6 PM they had 3 GREAT happy hour original bands! Great suds, prices ok for SF, a great non-snooty vibe. I am definitely coming back here when I am in town again.

Pros: great music, happy hour

The two-tiered back patio features tons of bar stools. Between bands, revelers can catch fresh air or puff cigarettes. One wall features a spacey board-game mural; another is plastered with posters and a shattered mirror.
