Bright, airy cafe in the heart of SoMa's South Park.

Reasonably priced breakfast and lunch fare lure SoMa denizens to this small but pleasant spot. In the morning, South Park workers line up for their java fix and eats such as hot oatmeal and Sicilian-style eggs (poached eggs on Italian filone). Lunch packs 'em in for tasty sandwiches, salads and desserts.

The the best cafe in SOMA

When I used to work near South Park, I went to this cafe for lunch at least 3 times a week. What made me such a loyal customer was the high-quality ingredients (many from local vendors), delicious sandwiches and salads, and the picturesque location. The entire staff is wonderful; they are very friendly and helpful. It can get crowded at lunchtime, but you can always get your food to go and eat it in the park. I miss this place!
