I can't believe the service. I drop off 8 of my boyfriends shirts on a Thursday afternoon and was told pick them up the following Monday after 2 p.m. So on Monday after 2 pm I go to get my shirts...CLOSED! Okay, so I go Tuesday morning around 10 a.m. and they are closed. I check back in the afternoon and they are still closed! On Wednesday morning I get a call on my cell phone which I can't answer because I'm on a conference call and it’s the women from the cleaners. She left a message saying if I want to come get my shirts I need to be there in the next 5 to 10 mins because she wasn't feeling well and was going home. I was PI$$ED. I didn't get the message until I was off the conference call and by that time it was too late and she was gone! I go back Thursday and it's closed and AGAIN on Friday!!! They closed for a week without warning. A week from the Monday I was originally told I can pick up the shirts I go to get them. Finally they are open. I told them that my boyfriend and I had to buy 5 new shirts for his business trip costing us around $250 and that I was not willing to pay the $29 for the cleaning. If anything they needed to provide a discount for our inconvenience. The women working there told me that was not going to happen and that I needed to pay for the shirts, NO DISCOUNT, then proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t care if I ever come back!!! WOW, what awful costumer service!! They never even apologized for the inconvenience!!

After spending 5 days for dry-cleaning a few shirts they were not open for another week. I stopped by day after day for my clothes and it was just not effing open. I should have gotten a discount but got yelled at instead. If you don't need your shirts cleaned, would rather just buy new clothes for work or have no where important to go than this is the perfect place for you. All others should try somewhere else.

I can't believe these people!!!!!...I came to pick up my clothes that I will be bringing for a week long business travel to MN, when I came to pick them up today (Fri)...there was a sign at the door "Closed - due to doctor's appointment" WTF!!! My flight leaves on Sunday and now I am forced to buy a whole new wardrobe for the week. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! THEY SHOULD CLOSE THEIR BUSINESS PERMANENTLY!!!

I wasn't able to pick up a pair of pants that I needed for a wedding b/c the first time I went to pick them up, there was a sign on the door saying they'd be closing at 4pm all week (ridiculous for a dry cleaner) and then when I went back the next day they weren't even open at all. had another sign saying they were closed due to an emergency. Then they refused to give me a refund. not to mention, my pants were still stained when i picked them up.
Cons: not dependable, don't get stains out

I had stains on a $500 J. Crew wool coat and they removed them for me. Good communication, great service, reasonable price. They have a monopoly on all MY dry cleaning! :)

The family that runs this place is very sweet and accomodating. They also do a great job cleaning and are careful with your belongings. I had one shirt they thought might get damaged and called me up to advise me on cleaning it myself. Their prices are fair and they are open at convenient hours.
Pros: friendly service, decent price, trustworthy
