Food Good, Service Not
3 Star Rating: Average

I have eaten here a few times and the food is always good but the service is always terrible. The wait staff apparently has no idea what they're doing and they have a great way of making you feel like a nuisance just for being there. It can also get very loud in there, making conversation difficult. Their beers are also below average in my opinion. But like everyone else says, the garlic fries are great.

Pros: garlic fries, good food

Cons: poor service, crowded, no parking

Visual flair and fusion fare distinguish this upscale beer hall from smaller microbreweries.  See the full editorial review.

Insider Tips

What to Drink

The seasonal beer menu has three constants: a hoppy pilsner; an auburn, slightly sweet marzen; and a malty, dark dunkles. True to German form, centuries-old "purity" laws are followed, meaning only hops, barley, yeast and water are used.
