The first time I went here was on a friday, and tons of goth girls showed up. Wow! They were wearing little tiny leather and vinyl outfits, looked dirty (in a good way), and mean (in a good way). Now I usually go on the last thur. of every month when goth night is, but I havn't been too impressed. I think you should stick to Fridays at this place. It's a good solid crowd at Remedy filled with decent looking people. Get the drinks at the upstairs bar (in the back room). You get your money's worth. I like the ambience and it plays good dance music. Give it a try!

Pros: remedy, goth hangout

Cons: parking, hit-or-miss with the crowd

I go to DNA almost every 4th Saturday. Diverse crowd, great music, plenty of room. I've had some of my best and worst experiences here. Sometimes the Dj's are incredible (if you have a chance to see DJ Mike Relm please do so) and sometimes they are god awful. Almost always the crowd is very cool and the dancing is great. I don;t bother drinking when I go, the drinks aren't that great and the bartenders are snooty, but if your looking for a good time sober style this is the place.

Pros: Great Dancing, Cheap!! 5$ or free with guest list

Cons: Expensive drinks, snooty bartenders

I don't quite understand this place. The dance club was great, I danced my toushie off and it was a blast. But, I don't quite understand why they had so many bars!!! I mean, one or two, ok, but they had like 15 bars in this place, and everyone was sloshed! Whenever I was dancing there were like nine people around me just struggling to stand up (and dancing at the same time...you get the idea). So, I basically felt like I lost my 15 dollars!

Pros: toushie-shaking

Cons: winos

The lay out of the club was cool, very large. If your in to raver music this is your club. On the night we went the bouncers were rude, bartenders stuck up, and you got an over all unfriendly vibe from the crowd. Maybe its the area, I'd personally never go back.

Pros: Cool lay out, large, atmosphere

Cons: , Bartenders, Vibe

This place gets a real nice mixed crowd! 3 bars Up stairs is hip-hop, but be prepared not to breath it's very hot & stuffy needs some fans or something! down stair has such a great mix of music the dance floor is so big the stage is awesome you see people really show off there moves! with break beats, drum & bass they even have congos down there to throw in a salsa tempo!! they have enough bars to accomodate everyone. The club lets you go in & out which is great! They also have internet acces there for free! up stairs the ceiling is open so you can watch all the action down stairs! This is about a friday! keep in mind this club is also where a lot of people like to have a X-periance

Pros: Music!!!!!!!, Large Crowd, Large Place

Cons: Park on the street, Pay $5 for parking

This place is not as hot as the other ratings claim. Maybe it was because it was an Element Drink Club nite, but boy oh boy it was gross! The line was unnecessarily long, but I will agree the bouncers were very nice. It's not that large and all the Internet terminals were out of order. There were only two bars. The one on the second floor had like one slow bartender and was located in the middle of a walkway... bad idea! I think they only accept cash, too.

Pros: Parking (Costco), Open Late, Music

Cons: Crowded, Slimy Bathrooms, Not enough bartenders

Maybe I did pick a bad night. DNA has a monster reputation, an undeniably cool owner (Jamie Zawinski of Netscape fame), and an intimidating rating here on Citysearch. But...I can't really say I had fun there. When we arrived at around 10, the place was empty. We were happy we could go in and out, but when we came back, it was still far from full. The decor was, well, sparse, the dance floor was much too brightly lit, and the crowd was unusual...but not in a good way. The DJ was great and service at the bar wasfast, but that couldn't keep us there. Oh well. To my credit, it was a Saturday, but maybe just a poor production company...maybe we did pick a bad night!

Pros: not many people, harsh decor/lighting, weird crowd

Cons: in/out privileges, good dj

I can't really think of any cons for this place, except that I had to pay a $15 cover charge; otherwise, it was fine by me cuz they allow in&out's, so I can browse neighboring bars/lounges at the same time. The bouncers were really nice and not intimidating like most would be. Good bar service and I was surprised at how clean the restrooms were (compared to other clubs i've been to). The crowd is mainly 25-40's and I wouldn't go here if you just plan to sit around, because the only way to have fun here is to dance. If you do happen to be a wallflower dragged by your trendy friends, there are internet kiosks that you can peruse for free, although i don't understand why people would surf the net if they came to have fun at a club...?

Pros: friendly staff, clean restrooms, mixed crowd

Cons: pricey cover charge

Remedy Fridays is one of my favorite parties. Great house music and really diverse happy crowd that's there to dance and nothin' else. Definitely not a meat market but everyone is having such a great time, it's not hard to make new friends while you're there. Oh and the door and bar staff are very courteous and professional.

Pros: friendly staff, fun crowd, plenty dancing space

Cons: long line to get in

I heard the buzz... and I bought it. It's not big, but it's got a good lightning system and sound system. The bouncers were actually cool not mean like many other clubs. There doesn't seem to be a dress code at the time I went since many people were in their t-shirts. I was surprised to find a drinking water faucet considering many other clubs require $$$ if you get thirsty. They have free internet access computers in there if you want to do web stuff instead of dancing. I'll definetely go back to this place!

Pros: Free Internet usage, Cool Staff, In&Out access.

Cons: Street Parking
