Terrible customer service

Very rude service. I used to go to brainwash nearly every day but on this one they got the food totally wrong. I ordered an omelet which costed over 8 dollars and the insides of the omelet weren't even cooked. When i brought it up to the attention of the staff he mocked me and threw the food away not allowing a refund. I'll never go here again and proclaim EVERYONE to do the same
