worst customer service ever!!!. the room seemed okay but kinda had a smell. it also seemed like a pretty good value since all of the surrounding hotels were charging well over $100.00 every thing went okay untill my credit card statment came in and I was over charged twice. instead of being charged the 49+tax that they stated I was charged $77.00 two times. when I called and spoke with the owner she was extremlly rude. she would not let me talk and she continued to yell over me. the problem was never resolved and the room was definatly not worth the $154.00 i ended up paying. I will never go back and if you do go Watch your credit card statments!!!!!…

I'm I in Hell??. Dirty hotel, horrible bedding, poor security, bad part of town, no ammenities, I slept in my clothes for my own health and well being. yikes!!! One night was more than I could take. The only thing that was acceptable was the guy that checked me into the motel was named King and he was really sweet.

Think twice on this place please!…

Unsafe, dirty, low end motel. I travel for a living and I am very use to staying in great place and not so great places. This is the first hotel that I was scared to stay in. After 25 years of corporate travel, I came to San Fran from Maui for a medical emergency and was forced to pick a quick inexpensive hotel. I booked thorugh online booking site after I got to the hotel and saw the criminal activity in the parking lot I begged the cab driver not to leave them there!

I checked out the next morning after being awakened all night by men screaming and fighting and girls working their trade. The inside was dirty, burn holes in the bedding, no shampoo, stained carpet, need I say more. The worst part of San Fran. Unless you have your own personal security detail traveling with you, pay alittle more and get somewhere SAFE.…
