I have tried pretty much every Chevy's in San Francisco, and the service is always always always terrible. Chevy's on 3rd street is no different. I came in with a small group of friends pretty late in the evening. We all ordered margaritas and desserts, and when we got our order, half of it was incorrect. We never received two of our desserts, yet we were still charged for them. The staff began to mop the floors around our table before we even left, which seemed inappropriate - mop water is not something you want to smell while you try to enjoy your food. If they were closing up and wanted us to leave, they could have just brought us our check instead of having us wait 20 minutes for it after we had finished eating
Pros: Margartias are good, but not worth the service
Cons: everything
