Friendly and helpful staff. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel near to Union Square shopping area. Accessibility to public transport plus bus stop is just a few doors away. Food outlets are also just a few doors away, especially the 24-hour restaurant which is convenient for travellers who arrive/return late to hotel. There is a launderette just a block away. Average 15-20mins walking distance to Chinatown. As our room was on 6th Floor and with window closed, no/not much noise pollution from the street thus could sleep late in the morning.
