Beware...

I was in the hotel for wedding preparations, and gave some mail to the desk clerk as they said they had a mail box. My mail never reached it's destination, including the two rented DVD's that I was returning. It's a shame when a lovely place has a dishonest staff. It also took the valet almost an hour to fetch our car at 11:00 at night.
