This horrible company does not care about their renters. I have been waiting over a month to get my A/C fixed! If you want great living space, DO NOT LIVE HERE!! They are uncaring and unhelpful. They do not care if you are paying your rent on time every month, but if you are one day late they charge you a hundred dollar fee!
Pros: valeted ceilings
Cons: office staff, electrical units, old A/C, hgh late fees
