Big slices, great taste, very authentic pizza! Can get very crowded but it is worth the wait! They also sell other types of food such as fries, chicken, fruits, and Mexican dishes.

I used to eat here all the time usually during the early 1990's to early 2000's. I never seen such a big, greasy and cheesy pizza. However, I think they got new owners now because their pizza doesnt taste the same like before. Place is accessible through public transportation and price is reasonable.

i love to go to blondie's when i'm shopping downtown and need a snack. it's fast and convenient and the pizza is always hot and fresh. i like the mexican pizza. watch your purse when it gets busy in there though!
- Pros: convenient location
- Cons: can get a little shady when it gets busy in there
BAY AREA's BEST

When I used to live in SF, whenever I was downtown, I always made sure to pay Blondie's a visit.
Back then it was bargain for a student. Now that I have more choices at my disposal and I'm not a student anymore, I still go there because the PIZZA IS THAT GOOD! I love their PEPPERONI...
If you eat pizza and you live in The Bay, THIS PLACE IS A MUST!
- Pros: THE PEPPERONI PIZZA
- Cons: It can get crowded
The service is quick, the slices are big and fresh, and there's tie-dye everywhere.

With brilliantly colored tie-dye staff uniforms and Grateful Dead posters that deck the walls, Blondie's puts a psychedelic spin on the traditional stop-and-go pizza joint. The crust falls somewhere in between Chicago deep dish and the delicate, thin foundation favored by gourmet establishments. Toppings range from broccoli and carrots to pepperoni and sausage.

great pizza for 3 bucks you get a huge slice (fresh and hot out of the oven) and a soda, you can eat downstairs or in union square when it is a nice day, best pizza in san fran that I have had yet and way better than anything they serve in these upscale restaurants, everyone who has visited me from out of town loves there pizza.
- Pros: fresh and hot slice
- Cons: big crowd during noon lunchtime rush

I really like the taste of their pizzas. Soft and decent crusts, their pizza sauce is delicious.
But, there pizzas are really oily, which makes me feel icky half way into the pizza. Their garlic fries, which you can purchase downstairs, are like eating handfuls of salt.
Usually packed and crowded, it's hard to find a place to eat or a table. Plus there's an extra charge of 25 cents for a to-go box.
Outstanding!

There is no way you can go to San Fran and not have a slice of Blondie's pizza. You haven't experienced the city until you have. People think it's those pricey up scale resturants that define San Francisco dining but as a native of the bay area for well over 10 years I have to tell you it's the small, mom and pop, hole in the wall, we're only advertised through word of mouth kind of resturants that are the BEST in town and for a good price!!! Blondie's is one of those places. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water! Enjoy your pizza!
- Pros: great location, inexpensive, Mouthwatering
