Looking to ask a question about a product or wonder where a sale item is located? Good luck. I went there on a Wednesday to hunt down a sale product and it took several minutes to speak with a sales rep, after which it took about another 20 minutes for him to hunt down the product I wanted to buy. Ugh, talk about frustrating! After being satisfied that they were able to hunt down what I was looking for, that satisfaction was once again replaced with frustration when I went to pay for it. There were only two cashiers working, and both of them were involved in big purchases that required time to process. That left the other 8 people in line to start fuming (including myself) and wonder why there were no managers helping out. Blah!
Cons: spotty service, understaffed
