loved it!. I lived here for a year when my husband went to SF state. We lived in the Poncetta Area! I loved the floorplan loved working with the staff and loved the area. As for the review by danadam: YOU are responsible for your bills. You need to make sure that YOU pay them. Don't complain that they are sending you notices when they shouldn't have to tell you to pay!

worst of the worst, do not rent there.... Currently searching for an Apt to move out of this Sh*** whole complex. These people are SO DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN... Security guys walk around yelling and screaming at tenants like they're animals, I've had an incident where a security guard stopped by my baloney yelling and screaming at me as if i was committing a crime for BBQing "PUT IT OUT NOW, PUT IT OUT NOW," This security man was old and fat with thick accent and he does not know how to talk to people politely. I am visiting their corporate office soon to file a complaint before moving out... if there is a rating less than a star, i would rate them less, but unfortunately there isn't.

My advice to you, >>> STAY AWAY <<<

Possibly the Crappiest Apartment Complex Ever! DO NOT USE THEM!. I've lived in this complex for the past 3 years. I have paid my rent on time every single month. I am a quiet and respectful tenant. This complex overcharges, seriously understaffs its maintenance crew and the staff members in the administrative office are petty and irresponsible. About a 1.5 years ago my heater broke down and it took 2 months for it to be properly repaired. Only after I threatened to write an official letter of complaint to the property manager did the maintenance staff decide to repair it. The maintenance crew had a dispute with the postal office regarding the locking mechanism on the apartment postal boxes. After two weeks of not receiving my mail and repeated inquiries to the maintenance office and the postal service, I finally contacted the administrative office. The staff member in the main office would not listen to my complaint and told me to contact the maintenance office. When I told her that I had and the problem still had not been resolved, she still refused to help me. My building is consistently dirty and in disrepair. Last month after paying my rent, the administrative office sent me a "friendly reminder" that I still owed them $35.00 for May. I checked the invoice they had sent me and they had not added the $35 fee. When I sent my $35 payment, I also included a letter with a copy of the original invoice they had sent me. I specified in the letter that I had not forgotten to pay anything. They were the ones who had not properly charged me. I requested that they make sure that my future invoices are correct before they send them to me. The very next day they wrote a letter stating that I was in violation of my lease because I had an outstanding balance of $2.35 on my water/trash bill. I was shocked at the level of pettiness they were willing to sink to. I will not be sending a responding letter, just a 30-day notification when my lease expires. I have other complaints, but I'll leave it at that.
