Great Location, Good Chiro and Great Spa

I am very happy with Dr. Alex and the Burke Williams Spa. I saw Dr. Alex and I than was able to use the Spa which was included with the treatment at no extra cost. After an adjustment, a steam and sauna I felt extremely better after my low back episode. I recommend these services before any other office. This was a very relaxing visit!!!!!

Neck and Back Pain No More!!!!!

Before going to see Dr. Alex at Back to Balance, I'd never tried chiropractic care before. However, the tightness in my back & neck was such that I decided it was time to try something new. Going to Back to Balance was the best decision I'd made! Dr. Alex made me feel comfortable from the start, explaining all the steps, and it has been a painless and exceptional solution! I was so impressed, that I brought my neighbor along who is now a regular patient as well. I'm glad I made the decision to call Dr. Alex at Back to Balance and I highly recommend this spot to anyone who has experienced the same pain as me!

Awesome Chiropractor!

Dr. Alex introduced me to Chiropractic and the improtance of having my spine checked on a regular basis. The thing I like most about Dr. Alex is that he's genuinley concerned about me and my health. Everytime I leave his office not only does he give me some piece of information that helps improve my health but I just feel good about doing something beneficial for my body. Thanks Dr. A!

Great Chiropractic Treatment

Dr. Franceschi has been adjusting my upper back & neck for a few weeks. I have seen an improvement since ? less pain and tightness. Very professional and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend him.

Great Relief, Even better location

I have seen a couple of chiros at Burke williams spa and Dr. Alex F is the best. I like this location as it easy for me to come on my lunch break and get lunch at the mall. I am usually in and out in 10 minutes. Dr. Alex was more informative than the last two chiros at this location and it is nice to see that he has over 5 years of experience. The Spa itself is a nice perk even though I don't use it. I only come in once a month for maintenance care so I am not really hurt. But if your not satisfied with my review read the other reviews for Dr. alex under California Chiropractic Center, that was enough for me.

Great office w a Spa? I am so there

I think Dr. Alex was knowlegable, informative and personable. My lowback pain went away in 2 visits. Treatments are great and pretty cool that he is located in the Wesfield Mall at the Burke Williams Spa. The big bonus was using the spa facility, chiro treatment and than get to go shopping and get lunch.

I've seen Dr. A at his SOMA location a few times and now here at his second location. When work brings me to the Market/Financial Dist area, I can now see him here. Great spot. Same great treatment, same great service.

Excellent care, completely changed my outlook on Chiropractic Care

Working in the Information Technology industry, I am often slumped over a computer at work. I've increasingly had neck and back pain over the past few years, so a few years ago I made the decision to drop by to see Dr. Alex. He had been highly recommended by a coworker of mine, but I was still initially skeptical of Chiropractic care. However his professional office, staff, and friendly dog welcomed me in quickly. After an initial visit with Dr. Alex, and then some follow-on Chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy sessions, I quickly saw improvements. It was probably the combination of that care, and his advice for what I can change on my own, that made the quick impacts. Definitely recommend dropping by, and say hello to the cool dog they have too. I've now been coming for over 4 years now, and have not been disappointed. thanks Dr. Alex!

Pain Free for 5 years, Great Chiro, Great Location

I first came in to see Dr. Alex for lowback pain from standing for long periods of time as I am a Nurse. I have been seeing Dr. Alex for 5 years for Maintenance Care. Dr. Alex is very professional, social and genuinely concerned. He took his time to listen to my problem, explain to me my X-Rays and answer all my questions. I never wait, I never feel rushed, their staff in Burke Williams is top notch. The Spa is very modern and sleek and resembles someone?s living room. A big bonus for me is that once a month I will also see the Massage Therapist in the same day. I would highly recommend this office to anyone and have traveled out of my way for my adjustment. I am happy to say that I have been pain free for 5 years!!!!
