The salon is beautiful. They're a Redkin Salon where products are concerned . Great stuff. Every station also has a tiny TV showing fashion shows and hair design and color techniques. Parking is so close (right across the street) in the heart of the city (Sutter Street Garage).

Pros: hair, color, nails, massage, facials, what else could you want??

Cons: nothing!

I had the good fortune to attend the grand opening party of MNKYTHMP. It was amazing. Got to sample a bumch of different services, massage, make-up, got my nails done, they even offered to do up my hair... botom line, im hooked, and im a client of the whole place now. The salon is beautiful. They're a Redkin Salon where products are concerned . Great stuff. Also, at every station they have little computer/ TV things (dont really know what to call them) showing fashion shows and hair design and color techniques. (soon they will be able to check email, websites, maybe even write your review right from the chair.!!) Check MNKYTHMP out! It will blo you away!

Pros: Staff, tallented, friendly, downtown spa, easy parking

Even though I have only been once, I must say that this salon has the best hairstylists in the city! Who's my favorite? Tony, of course!!! He has been my hairstylist for 2 years and my hair always comes out looking great. Oh did I mention that he also cuts my husband's hair?! With such great talent in a glamorous location, everyone should go and check it out for what it's worth!

I just came home from getting my hair done at MNKYTHMP and I have to say I was blown away with the friendly staff and amazing location. Really great service! Josh was my hair stylist he is amazing I've never had my hair look so great! He does an amazing massage of your scalp when your getting your hair washed WOW! the way he styled my hair was great I will definately be going back! They have a full service nail, spa, hair what else could you want? It's decorated very upscale salon and great price! Thanks

MNKYTHMP- wow! Seriously, this place is swanky but not pretentious, when they really could be. You have to at least go in for a look, its so cool and modern. Redken is the best product out there for hair and it's nice to find a real, official, Redken salon RIGHT downtown and convenient to everything. They carry the full range of products for all types of hair and they have a team or stylist, colorists, nails, massage, facials, you name it. Check out MNKYTHMP.

Pros: Products, servicve, ambience, staff, location rocks!

Cons: nothing i can think of!

I went to the opening of this salon, and I have to say, the place is exceptionally well designed. The decor and layout are stunning. I'll try to post an update after I've had a massage and a haircut!

I was blown away by the beauty alone at MNKYTHMP. You have to see it for yourself to understand! Attending to details on all levels, MNKYTHMP is about elevating the status of a concept salon. Located at the corner of Sutter and Stockton in the heart of Union Square, take some time and ckeck it out. I had the best customer service from everyone (amazing massage & facial) and I made an appointment for my hair to be cut next week. I will update my review after.

Pros: Friendly professional staff, full service, evening appointments, CLEAN

Cons: not a thing.
