The first thing that struck me about Gigi was her amazing presence -- she was absolutely there. That she was really tuned into me and the process I was working with. And not only tuned in, but really cared about it .. was deeply thoughtful about it. Her intuition was so clear about both my present path, but the road I needed to take to acheive my goals. Gigi brought a tremendous background of knowledge & experience to our meetings, as well as, clear and creative ideas with which to launch me into the next phase of my life's work successfully. I am filled with so much gratitude! She is truly gifted in her work.

Gigi is absolutely fantastic to work with. She did a wonderful job in helping me understand my strengths and identify strategic changes I could incorporate to help me gain success in my current position. Her experience and consultation has really helped me gain the insight I needed to grow and prosper in my workplace.

Gigi helped me through thinking what would be important for me for my next career change. I had a lot of data points in my head, she helped me to put it in writing. And when you do, the picture becomes so much clearer. I start my new job in March!
