Beautiful Hair

Raphael is a 'hair artist' with a great skill in colouring, highlighting, cut and shape (both for men and women). He turned my ultra thick and frizzy Middleastern hair instantly into a beautiful, soft and shapely hair. I get complements from friends all the time. His salon is sophisticated and tranquil with tasteful Asian furnishings, soft and relaxing music in the background, and his own artwork on the walls. It is like getting your hair done in an art gallery. Raphael provides the best customer treatment you can get in San Francisco. Just enjoy the most relaxing and elegant way of getting your hair beautiful by a French hair designer without any rush - and at a very reasonable price.

Raphael's skills are top notch. I walked into his studio years ago by chance and afterward never thought of going elsewhere. Great person, great skills in cutting, highlights, color... can't recommend enough.

Raphael is the Best!

Having never had my haircut by Raphael, I was hesitant to go to him. He was referred by a friend and as soon as I walked into his studio, I felt relaxed and at ease. He cut my hair just the way I wanted it and encouraged me to not go too short on my bangs! Raphael is very reasonably priced, too.He really knows his stuff, when it comes to hair and I just found my new stylist in San Francisco! Thank you Raphael!

Red Carpet Haircuts and Color

I'm a local television personality and it would be really embarrassing to have bad hair especially now since we are in High Definition. There was a time, before I met Raphael, that my hair was over-processed and just plain fried. I was experiencing a bad hair nightmare. Raphael brought my hair back to life. Yes, there is such a thing as healthy highlights and Raphael knows how to do them. He gave me the best haircut I have ever had. He even gave me advice on how to keep my hair healthy. He salon is tranquil. You will fall in love with his paintings. He is a true artist!

An oasis for hair!

Raphael's salon is an oasis in the heart of bustling downtown SF. It's a very peaceful and relaxing setting, with great light, artwork, and traquil music. He is very knowledgeable about hair: the best styles for your face and hair type, color options, hair and scalp health, etc. I have been going to Raphael for years and always get compliments on my stylish hair. And, as my hair has gotten grayer (and coarser), he has helped me to find the best products and treatment to keep my hair as healthy as possible. I highly recommend him and his salon!!!
