Flaky

I called several times to inquire about legal advice, I did get my calls returned by what seemed to be an intern of sorts. The guy initially said their firm could not help me with what I needed but then asked me what the specifics of my case were. I told him and he said he would refer me to a co-worker and that person would call me. I called back twice to inquire about this referral but have heard nothing. I am writing this firm off as somewhat flaky. It's very difficult to find a responsive and responsible IP lawyer in the city and county of San Francisco!

smart, reasonably priced and talented attorney

Creative industry law group was the second firm I used on the matter involving trade secrets, noncompetition and a development agreement. The first law firm charged me excessively, used poor judgement and was not willing to admit to the mistake. Ms. Hasse recognized the problems without being arrogant about her better grasp of the issues and attended to my matter making very clear to me what was necessary to do and what wasn't. this firm has excellent, attentive staff. They almost make you like having a legal problem.
