They came in about a hour late though they did call me twice to let me know...well it was atleast nice of them to call and let me know that they will be coming in late..they came, inspected the rug and explained to us the process involved in cleaning the carpets.they cleaned the rug efficiently and now my rugs looks better .the rug is back to their original color..will definitely use you guys again...
