embarrassed to admit this was my first pedi ... ever. but it was great! the ladies were fast, efficient and friendly. and it only tickled a little bit. i would definitely go back!

I've been to this nail salon numerous times, starting back when it was called Mani-Pedi. Since the change of name and management the services have steadily gotten worse and more expensive, bad combo. Staff is less attentive and not as friendly also. I got a $27 pedicure that I had to go home and redo. I will start trying new spots before returning to Pinkies.

Pros: parking and location

Yes I am a guy who likes to take care of his feet, i get a monthly pedicure at Pinkies. I have to admit, i was resistant to have anyone except my girlfriend touch my feet, only to find out i had been missing out for 33 years! I highly recommend pinkies to any guy!

When I go to Pinkies I always get great service, from the moment i pick my color, the staff makes you feel good. The nail technicians always do a great job. No matter who is helping me, I leave feeling relaxed and my nails look fantastic. I love the green tea they serve, the foot massages, the gift selections and the conversations I have with the friendly people at Pinkies. It’s clean and convenient. I am a pinkies regular!

i love my mani/pedi that i got yesterday from pinkies. I am going to become a regular here. I didnt feel rushed, got a great hand and foot massage and the staff is friendly and they did a great job. Its the first time i had someone doing my toes and another gal doing my hands. Saved a bunch of time with this great service. Thanks Pinkies!

I love this place. The workers are really nice and the place doesn't stink. I can park and don't have to walk 4 blocks in flip flops when I'm done. Last week I messed up 2 nails and the manicurist was completely sweet about fixing them.

I just moved to San Francisco from LA and was worried I wouldn't find a place to get my nails done. I just went here today for a spa mani/pedi and it was fabulous. The spa is very comfortable and unpretentious. The people working there are very friendly and attentive, i am going to be a regular here for sure.

I have had nothing but super good experiences at Pinkies on the hill (Potrero Hill). Im not a mani girl, but for sure a pedi person!!! Pinkies does a great job. The staff is great and even when they are busy, they dont rush you out. I sometimes spend a little extra to get the longer foot massage :) it's totally worth it.

My experience at Pinkies was extremely pleasurable. The staff were very friendly, ready for me right on time and took care of my needs. THe environment was very clean and pleasing and it was on overall great experience. I will definitely return!

I live in the area and I used to go to Mani Pedi, but Pinkies is by far the best place to get pampered like a Queen! Mani Pedi made you wait FOREVER, and with Pinkies you get in when you make your appt. 1. Wonderful customer service! (the front desk is very helpful and always smiling) 2.Great polish selection (none of that cheap stuff) 3.very cute and clean 4.they offer green tea and water (champagne & white wine on the weekends) 5.tons of updated magazines 6.very cute jewelery (for those last minute shoppers) The front desk check on you often to make sure you have everything you need which is nice that I don't have to go out of my way to ask myself.This little old lady comes around a few times and offers more tea and water. overall...........I love Pinkies! There's no place else I will go for my Mani Pedi's and did i mention waxing? WONDERFUL!

Pros: great customer service and parking

Cons: you have to make an appt (for you last minute ones)
