I have been wanting to try mountain biking for years. I can't believe it took me so long to get out there. We had such a beautiful ride. Angela made sure I was comfortable on the rental bike that she brought for me. She adjusted the seat height and explained how to get on and off the bike safely. She explained how the shifting worked and how to ride up and down the hills successfully. I will definitely sign-up for her next clinic so I can practice my new skills and meet other women that ride. It was great to have a private instructor for my first time out though. I would highly recommend Angela & Adventure Angels!

My husband got me a mountain bike for my birthday and it just sat there in the garage, collecting dust...that was until I came across Angela and Adventure Angles. She gave me private lessons in my home town, San Rafael in beautiful China Camp. Her course is geared towards women who want to learn the basics on their mountain bikes. The course consists of on- and off-the-bike instruction and riding. After 3 2 hour classes, I fell in love with riding and wanted to get more friends involved, I got a couple of my girlfriends to get bikes. Take classes from Angela (loved her!) and now we have a weekly ride sometimes trail rides, sometimes road trips. Our longest so far was 25 miles. I can’t thank Angela enough for giving me the tools, confidence and skills to be a bike rider. She opened my eyes to a whole new adventure world.
Pros: Personal training, great teacher, professional
