Modern gym with all the latest equipment. Trainers are incredibly well educated, experienced, knowledgeable and fun. Group lessons are fun and social but intense workouts with lots of personalized instruction. Trainers like to use all different kinds of equipment so excercises are varied and clients always experience a new challenge. I highly recommend this gym and all the trainers who work there.
