$100k car, no $100k service....

I have to say... after spending $100k on a car, I'm not getting the level or quality of service that I expect. I'm not all that surprised, but its just not right. Service is just ridiculously overpriced, customer service is just OK, and with all the problems my new mercedes is having, thank god its under warranty. Having said that, the shop is beautiful. Nicest shop I've ever seen. No wonder they have to charge so much!
