i was very pleased w/ my experience w/ peter. our system was down for a month + we'd been procrastinating taking care of it due to our aversion to computer repair. i finally looked on-line, found pete + called him. he walked me thru several troubleshooting techniques over the phone + i was back up + running. i also learned some methods to try if we ever have the problem again... i'd highly recommend this service!
