I have been attending Bay Area Boot Camp since October 2005. My boyfriend has even joined attending the Co-Ed Camp in Sunnyvale. If you are ready for a new fitness challenge, or just need to add a little spark and fun to your current program Bay Area Boot Camp is the best way to go, and is a great value for the money. I had spent several thousands of dollars on personal trainers at a well known gym and compared to the work out I get with Bay Area Boot Camp it was not worth the money to pay a trainer. Boot Camp keeps you challenged and excited about making it to the next fitness level each camp. Making new friends and having great coaches is a great benefit. The owners of Bay Area Boot Camp are very professional and sincerely concerend about everyones fitness goals and challenges. They are very hands on and provide the best service possible. I took a break from camp for about 6 months and watched my fitness level, moods and motivation drop drastically. It was depressing not to have Boot Camp in my life. I am back at camp and feel fit and fabulous again! Come Join us!!!
