Thank you Mr./ Ms./Mrs. enjoy2play, because of your comment, I reserved a limo for Napa tour with Prestige Limo, and I got the same guy, let me tell you how to get him, ask for a ten passengers limo and don't be cheap, his name is Solomon.

I used Prestige Limousine last weekend, driver showed up 10 minutes earlier, he was driving a brand new Crysler 300 series stretched limousine, the driver was dressed up in an Italian designed suit, the intrior of the limousine looked plush. He drove us to Napa and we had the best time. I was amazed of our driver, he provided us with clean glasses the entire trip and kept the limo clean and knew Napa like a native. I paid 15% gratuity at the beginning, but my friends were so impressed with the service that both of them gave him $100.00 each. I will use Prestige Limousine again and again and will recommand to others, I wish, I could write the driver's name.

I was very happy with their services. Had a great time and will use them again. Also their limo was very impressive.

Prestige Limousine has been my transportation provider for years. When my flight is delayed the drivers are always there waiting for me. I never have any problems needing to make last minute travel arrangments. They always have a live operater to answer my phone calls which makes it alot easier and less stressful for me. Prestige Limousine has never refused my last minute travel needs and thats what makes them different from the rest. I know that I am a valued customer and that what makes them number #1 in my book.

I was stranded after my limosine that I had booked with another company called me and said that they wouldn't be able to provide me service because thier limo broke down. I only had an hour to find a limo to get me and my friends to our dinner in San Francisco. I had called around to other compaines and either they didn't have anything or thier prices were way to high. I found Prestige on city search and gave them a call. They said that they would be able to take care of us and would be in our location on time. They showed up at the exact time and in a very nice limousine. Your price was very reasonable and you guys went way beyond the call of duty. Prestige limousine saved us from a disaster and we had a great time. Thank you guys.

Pros: can take care of last minute rides and are very helpful

I never write reviews regarding services that I have recieved but I believe Prestige Limousine is due one. I was a little nervous booking my reservation due to the review that was posted on 9/07/07 but I decided to give them a call. When I called the reservationist was so polite and gave me all the recommadations for my Napa Tour, I was getting together for my friends and I. I asked all the questions about the drivers being on time and what kinda car was going to be sent to me. If the drivers were familier with Napa and she had ensured me that I was going to have a wonderful time and I would be very pleased with their company. My limousine showed up 15 minutes early. So I was happy about that. The driver asked us where we were interested in doing our tastings at. We weren't really sure so he said that he would take us to some of the best wineries in Napa. We had a great time and I couldn't have asked for a better day. Everything went beauitful. Our driver was great and very friendly. I'm very happy that I gave them a chance because I would have missed out on a exceptional day.

Pros: On time, newer limo, great driver

Prestige's website specifically states that if you are interested in bar hopping that they will get you into clubs without having to wait in line and in most cases you will get in for free. They only were able to get my party on two guest lists. One of the clubs is free and empty all the time anyway. When my friends and I showed up at the other club, we had to wait in line and the bouncer informed us that I was the only person on the guest list and all my friends had to pay to get in. We also had to waste time that we paid for so our driver could stop and pick up vodka that should have already been in the limo when he picked us up. When I called to speak to the manager she tried to blame the whole thing on me and told me when she goes to clubs bouncers open doors for her. How does that help me? NEVER EVER waste your money on this place!

We had a very bad experience with Prestige Limo. We used them for 2 days in Napa. The first day, service was okay. The second day, our driver showed up almost an hour late, never apologized, and fought with us about a refund or making up the extra hour of lost time. The driver complained that he was "too tired" to provide the already paid for lost hour and there were a lot of communication breakdowns between him and company management who assured us we would receive the lost hour at the end of the day. Extremely frustrating experience, and we missed out on several wineries that we wanted to visit because of the driver's tardiness.
