I am really impressed with Erene's intuitive and comprehensive way of healing. She draws from her diverse background in movement and healing and has the ability to find areas of blockage. I have had pain in my right knee and low back on and off for 5 years following a dance injury. Traditional medicine did nothing for me. I have used massage therapy, craniao-sacral work, accupunture, and physical therapy, and pilates to treat myself. These therapies would work, but only for a short time. The Chi Nei Tsang treatment and the exercises Erene gave me have helped my body in manner with more lasting power than other treatments I have tried. The experience of each session is totally unique, one day I'll leave tingling and need to take a nap afterwards, and another day I will fall asleep on the table, to be invigorated for a week. I have an increased awareness of my pelvis and sacrum, as well the impulses of hunger and rest. My body feels more alive. Meeting Erene was perfect timing in my renewed quest for health.
Pros: Strong healing knowledge and effectiveness. Creates real change within the body.
Cons: It is pricey, but much less than a less effective traditional doctor. How much do you value your body?
