As a Realtor in San Francisco for over 30 years, I always insist that any client buying property for the first time that is occupied by tenants consult an attorney as part of their due diligence. I have taken several clients to meet with Sally Morin and found her to always be direct, completely forthright, practical and willing to take the time necessary to make sure my clients understood their rights. Sally knows the law and has the experience to apply it in her clients' best interests. I never hesitate to recommend Sally to anyone needed legal services in her fields of practice.

As a small business owner it seems like there is always something to deal with that requires negotiation and or legal advice/counsel. As a relatively new business owner all these little things can be stressful and I can't give enough compliments to Sally for keeping me calm and focused on the key points at issue. You cannot go wrong with her expertise and experience.

Pros: Has a very calming effect in stressful situations. Obviously knows what she is doing.

If you have the misfortune of needing a personal injury attorney I highly recommend Sally Morin. She is very approachable and efficient and effective in her work.

I'M A MUSICIAN AND TRAVEL.WHEN I GOT AN UNLAWFUL EVICTION (LEESE EXPIRED) SERVED TO ME,INFORMING ME I HAD 3 DAYS TO MOVE OUT.I CALLED SALLY MORIN AT MILLAR & ASSOCIATES.THIS HAPPENED JAN.1ST. ON JAN.2, I'M ON A PLANE WAITING FOR TAKE OFF ON THE TARMAK READING THIS FABOULAS LETTER/EMAIL SHE WROTE AND SENT OFF ON MY BEHALF.LONG STORY SHORT.....WAIT SHORT STORIE HERE,END OF STORY,THE LANDLORD BACKED OFF,NOW MY WIFE AND I ARE IN OUR HAPPY HOMETO STAY!!!! First of all Sally Morin is a good listener. When you leave her office you have a good feeling. You're not feeling con, because she tell you like it is. Sally and Co. knows what they are doing. It's a good feeling when you know its not all about the money. Sally really want to help you. I will tell all my friends about what a great job she have done for me. Plan to use Millar & Co. for other matter. Most of all Sally Morin is a very nice and caring lady. Thanks. R.J.

Sally Morin flat out rocks. She knows how to navigate thru red tape - how to push the right buttons while keeping you below the radar. Ms Morin has a great team of staff to support her and she responds quickly and efficiently to client needs. After a huge apt fire, with insurance companies breathing down my neck and a unresponsive landlord; Sally Morin handled all subrogation claims directly, stopped investigators from knocking on my door, strong-armed my landlord and in the end negotiated a sizable chunk of reimbursement my way. Her rates are affordable and let me tell you that when you can pay someone to take away your stress in a far better way then you could ever attempt to - there is no better feeling. Well, that unexpected money she got from my landlord felt pretty good in my pocket too...

My experience with Sally Morin was an excellent one. Not only did she explain the legal process to me, but she made sure the case went in the direction I wanted it to. Sally takes great care in making the client happy and looking out for their needs. Her communication with us regarding all matters of the case was prompt and very professional. She is very knowledgeable about tenant rights and that is why I chose her. If for any reason you think you have a good case I would recommend setting up a consultation. Sally is the attorney I will turn to when seeking legal advice.

My experience working with Sally was a very good one. She took the time to understand my situation, made some good recommendations and was right on the mark! She was professional, responsive and overall a great lawyer. I also appreciated her ability to simplify things which is a great skill in legal matters. Sally is the kind of lawyer I would recommend to my friends and family.

Three words to describe Sally? Professional, hard-working, friendly, honest, reliable... I guess three isn't enough! When my landlord of eleven years attempted to bully me out of his house by sicking his property manager on my roommates and myself, Sally represented us, defusing any possible confrontational situations. She made a legally-confusing situation simple and walked us through the whole process. Count us as three happy clients. Sally rules!
