Kay is very professional yet warm. I was anxious, stressed and feeling overwhelmed so I turned to Kay to help me relax and organize my mood/thoughts based on a referral by a friend who she helped stop smoking. I am so glad I went to see Kay. She helped me feel better after only the first session but each visit got better and better.
